Procurement Act needs 10 years to perfect

It will take at least 10 years to fix all the major issues affecting the smooth implementation of the Public Procurement Act which became operational in April 2017, Institute of Public Policy Research (IPPR) Research Associate Frederico Links has said. 

Economist expects agriculture to grow by 10pct

The country’s agricultural sector is expected to grow by 10 percent this year, Institute of Public Policy Research (IPPR) Economist, Klaus Schade, said this week when he spoke about prospects and trends in the economy.
