Fritz Gariseb
The late Fritz Gariseb was a pensioner. He was born at Maltahohe in the south of Namibia on the 15th of September 1925, but died on farm Fleyveld on the 12th of July 2018. He was widowed. The deceased left behind six children namely; Emma Gariseb, Magdalena Bull, Dawid Vlees, Isaak Gariseb, Paul Gariseb and Hedrik Gariseb. His last Will was received by the Ministry of Justice on the 12th of October 2018.
With Standard Bank Namibia Limited appointed as executors, the Will distributes the Estate as follows:
• 16.6 percent of any funds whether cash or in the bank to each of the six beneficiaries or their descendants if they are pre-deceased.
Additionally, according to the Will;
• Emma Garises (born on the 11th of May 1966) was bequeathed the fixed property house number C177 in Andrewville, Maltahohe.  However, that property still belongs to the Town Council and was never handed-over to the late Fritz Gariseb prior to his demise.  Emma was also the recipient 30 percent of any livestock.  Documents acquired by this paper reveal that there was no livestock attached to the estate.
• The remaining 70 percent of the supposed livestock was earmarked for Isaak Gariseb (born on the 27th of January 1958) or his descendants.
• In addition to his share in any cash funds, Hendrik Gariseb (born on the 29th of November 1961) is left with the Toyota Hilux bakkie, with registration number N 165 MA.
• Paul Gariseb (born on the 5th February 1955), Dawid Vlees (born on the 24th of Aug 1949) and Magdalena Bull (born on the 29th of September 1965 only stand to benefit through the funds.
Moveable property in the form of a Toyota Hilux bakkie was valued at N$11,000. The deceased had no livestock, but had monetary claims amounting to N$82,812 in a Standard Bank Namibia (SBN) account.  Subtracting a Maltahohe Village Council debt of N$683.82 and an amount of N$30,000 which was loaned to  from Hendrik Gariseb – by his siblings – the total estate amounts to N$63,128.28.
 
Reinhard Petrus
At the time of his death Petrus was employed as a Chef at Valamba Lodge. The deceased was born on the 3rd of March 1960, at Okankolo village and died in the Oshana region on the 16th of May 2018. He was married in community of property to Albertina Nafuka, a teacher by profession.  He left behind seven children. No immovable properties are recorded but he had two Toyota vehicles worth N$80,000.00 and N$15,000.00 respectively. The deceased also left behind monetary claims amounting to N$13,686.25 pushing the total value of the estate to N$108 686.25.
 
Pauline Thusnelde Brockmann
The widowed deceased was a pensioner at the time of her death. She was born in Windhoek on the 27th of January 1926 and died at Otjiwarongo on the 13th May 2018. She left behind five children, one son and four daughters all of whom are married. In her Will, the deceased appointed the senior partner of A Davids and Co Attorneys of Otjiwarongo as the executors of her estate. She bequeathed assets in the form of cash savings to her son, Theodor Heinrich Brockmann, with provision that such funds are used for doctors’ fees, hospital charges and funeral expenses. The funds amount to N$21,726.46 as claims in favour of the estate. No immovable or movable property were declared in the Will.  
 
August Gaoseb
The late Gaoseb was born on the 18th of July 1950 in Windhoek where he died on the 30th of April 2018. He died intestate and his surviving spouse, Bertha Gaoses, whom he married in community of property, was appointed as the executor of the estate.  She later nominated Fenesia Dax of Afflux Investments CC as executor. The deceased left behind seven children. His provisional estate includes immovable property:  Erf 4470. The latter is valued at N$219,000.00, according to the City of Windhoek’s Valuation Department. The deceased also left behind financial claims amounting to N$4,071.00 in a Bank Windhoek account, as well as, a Combi motor vehicle valued at N$3,000.00 and a Volkwagen Caddy bakkie valued at N$10,000.00. The total estate stands at N$308,161.32.
 
Bertha Jason
The Berta Jason, a pensioner, was born at Okahandja on the 9th of October 1947. The deceased passed on in Windhoek, on the 10th of March 2017, without a Will. She is survived by seven children. No immovable or moveable properties has been recorded as part of her estate, but the deceased left behind monetary claims in favour of her estate amounting to N$98,018.40
 
Karel Petrus Jacobus Beukes
A mechanic by profession, the late Beukes was born in Windhoek on the 3rd of May 1958. He died on the 8th of November 2017. He was married in community of property to Magrietha Magdalena Beukes. He left no Will behind, but his estate includes an immovable property; Erf 917, 16de Weg, Walvis Bay. The latter is valued at N$ 1,265,000.00. Only N$4.30 was found in his Standard Bank Namibia bank account bringing his total estate value to N$1,265, 004.30.
 
Batseba Hikuepi Uheua
Batseba Hikuepi Uheua was born at this town on the 9th of May 1956 and died in Windhoek on the 8th of November 2015. She was unmarried at the time of her death leaving two children behind. Her total estate includes an immovable property; Erf 809, in Omulunga Extension no 2, Grootfontein valued at N$102,358.00 and a Chevrolet pickup motor vehicle, valued at N$30,000. The value of her total estate amounts to N$132,358.00.
