Hinda to marry Dr Mbuende

According to an invitation card seen by this reporter, the wedding reception will be on 24 November in Keetmanshoop where the deputy minister is originally from.
Hinda refused to comment on the pending nuptials, but people close to her said they had already received invitation cards from the deputy minister. 
Dr Mbuende also did not respond to questions send to him on Wednesday.
News of a blossoming relationship between the two diplomats started circulating in 2015 when Hinda was the Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation.
Dr Mbuende is Namibia’s Ambassador to the European Union (EU) and Belgium who served as foreign affairs Deputy Minister in the early 2000s. 
Dr Mbuende has been a high-level member of SWAPO since 1974, when he became its information officer in Lusaka, Zambia. 
On Heroes’ Day in 2004, he was conferred the Excellent Order of the Eagle, Second Class.
Dr Mbuende also served as executive secretary of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) from 1994 until 1999.
Hinda (48) graduated with a B.Com Hons Business Administration from University of Western Cape in 2002.
She previously worked as a Regional Manager for the National Housing Enterprise (NHE) from 2002 to 2009.
