Last week, I read a notice by the Payment Association of Namibia (PAN) informing the public that there are vendors out there that are ripping us off by charging and limiting us for card swiping when we buy goods and services.

When my younger nieces and nephews come over to visit, I feel renewed. Is there nothing more healing than hearing the laughter of a child?  When I see babies and their smiles (particularly while they are sleeping), I feel stronger, warmer and contented.  Even if I feel low, seeing the light of laughter in a child’s eyes makes my heart sing.

Economic times are really tough right now and many people are struggling on varying levels - me too!  So many of us feel the pressure at home, at work…everywhere.  Change is always unsettling, but when you cannot see through the fog and have no idea of what is on the other side, it can be a downright night terror.
