CLIFTON Rodger may not be a household name in music yet but he is fast making his way to the top.
Rodger (32), who goes by the stage name Black A-moor, is based in Walvis Bay although he is originally from Windhoek.
He was drawn to music from an early age. “Musician back then focused on the lyrics, it influenced people’s lives,” he says, and that is what made him want to start rapping.
LUKAS Amakali will hold an arts exhibition titled “Watch this Space” at the Omba Art Gallery starting on June 11.
This will be his eighth exhibition and will consist of 29 pieces that Amakali says he began working on in 1995 when he first started with art. He says: “Art work is never complete; it is work-in-progress.”
