EXIT and Fishman, who have rapidly becoming household names in the Namibian kwaito industry, have joined forces to record their first-ever extended play single.
An extended play or EP single is a musical recording that contains more music than a single, but is too short to qualify as a full studio album.
The feel good album titled “The Movement” will give their fans a taste of what to expect from their next individual albums.
“The Movement” has six tracks, two of which are bonus tracks. M-Jay produced the main tracks, while Maj Beatz produced the bonus tracks.
“I MADE the choice to be good in the Big Brother house. I did not care whether being good was going to be boring or not.”
That was one of the first comments Martha Namundjebo popularly known by her stage name Lady May made on her experience in the Big Brother Africa (BBA) house at a packed news conference in Windhoek on Wednesday.
Lady May who jetted into the country on Tuesday to a hero’s welcome was Namibia’s celebrity housemate in the BBA StarGame show.
AFRICAMAGIC’S Big Brother StarGame came to an end last Sunday night (5 August) with the crowning of South African Keagan Peterson, the winner of the 91-day drama-filled show that propelled him to superstardom and the massive US$300,000 prize.
The Cape Town lad hit the jackpot after a journey started in Downville with partner Lee who Biggie evicted the night Africa upgraded Keagan to Upville.
This means South Africa has won Big Brother for the first time after a long wait.
SOME people say music brings joy to the heart and others say you can see the world through music.
Both these sayings appear true for 23-year-old Francois David McNab who just returned from a tour of the United States as part of the Voices of Namibia who participated in the World Choir Games. The tour has transformed him into a joyful bundle.
The choir games attracted hundreds of choirs from around the world to Cincinnati in the US for about three weeks of competition to show who the most melodious voices are.
