CoW back down amidst uproar over high water bills

The City of Windhoek (CoW) said on Thursday that it will amend charges to clients by backdating higher water supply tariffs from 01 January 2019 instead of July last year after residents complained about high water bills.

Uirab to deploy Namport formula at NAC
