Mulunga, Hamutenya face lifestyle audits

Two executives at State-owned enterprises are among the hundreds of people that have been targeted by the  Department of Inland Revenue as it intensifies its lifestyle audits in a bid to recover billions it says it is owed in unpaid tax, the Windhoek Observer understands.

Taxman widens lifestyle audit probe

The Department of Inland Revenue has expanded the scope of lifestyle audits called for by President Hage Geingob, to include private citizens, in a bid to root out corruption in the country and to ensure tax compliance.
