Paragon Properties has launched Shafiishuna Village, a new exciting housing development located in a prime location in Okahandja.
The houses, which will be available in two and three bedroomed units, with single and double garages, will be priced below N$1 million when completed.
“Our prices will include hassle free transactions which cover a huge portion of the buying costs and it’s a great opportunity for high capital appreciation for investors and aspiring property buyers,” Paragon Properties said.
The Village, which will comprise amazing facilities which will include a gated community, medical centre, retail stores, swimming pool, sports centre, picnic park and clubhouse to mention a few, will be developed in stages.
The first phase will be the erection of 58 units of flats in a gated secure area, which will be under sectional title managed by a corporate body.
There will be four proto-types of flats building up the community and the mix will be as follows:
2x A3m units (169m2 area) - these flats will have 3 bedrooms and a double garage.
26x A4 units (136m2 area) - 3 bedroom flats with a single garage
2x B3m units (139m2 area) - 2 bedroom flats with a double garage
28x B4 units (116m2 area) - 2 bedroom flats with a single garage
According to Paragon, finishes to all the houses will include ceramic floor tiles to living areas as well as wall tiles to bathrooms.
Clients will have the opportunity to select their floor and wall tiles from three options that the developer will provide. Each bedroom will have built-in-cupboards with a melamine finish.
“The main bedrooms will have an en-suite bathroom which consists of a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and a mirror and a toilet. The public bathroom will contain a shower cubicle, an acrylic bathtub, toilet and a wash hand basin and a mirror. The kitchen will have built-in-cupboards, kitchen breakfast nook and stove with kitchen hob.”
The units will come housed with Telcom landline line connection and WiFi connectivity.
“Going out of the house there is a braai area and a private yard. The public circulation area (drive way) will be paved.”
