Shihepo promises to set Manchester alight
Manchester alightNamibian boxer Wilberforce Shihepo says he hopes to convince Manchester that he is a force to be reckoned with, when he comes up against Cullum Johnson for the vacant Commonwealth light heavyweight title on Saturday.
Speaking ahead of his departure to Manchester in the United Kingdom this past Monday, Shihepo said he is capable of bringing the title home.
“I have watched the videos of my opponent, and I do not think it is going to be an easy fight in Manchester. However, I am very confident about the fight, because of the training I have had in the last couple of months,” Shihepo said.
The Namibian left for the UK, accompanied by trainer Imms Moses and his promoter, Nestor ‘Sunshine’ Tobias.
